BEEF STROGANOFF 
2-3 lbs. round steak
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
Extra mushrooms (if desired)
1 (8 oz.) "Tater Topping" (has to be this brand with chives)
Diced onion

Cut up meat in bite size pieces. Dip meat in flour, then brown the meat. In pot put meat plus all other ingredients (add extra sour cream if desired-needed). Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
