MAW-MAW'S EGGROLLS 
1 head cabbage
1 chicken, cooked, deboned and cut up
1 box fresh mushrooms
4 stalks celery
1 bundle green onions
1 bag bean sprouts
3 carrots
Egg roll wraps

Cook chicken, debone, cut up. Save broth. Cut cabbage up fine. Cut up mushrooms, cut up celery, cut up onions and grate up carrots. Add to chicken broth and cook until cabbage is done. Last 15 minutes, add bean sprouts. Wrap with egg roll wraps. Deep fry until golden brown. Makes 5 dozen. Also, egg roll filling is also good over rice.
