CHICKEN DiJOHN 
1 bunch Romaine lettuce
1 c. croutons
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Caesar salad dressing
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 lb. chicken chunks
1/2 tsp. all seasons seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. white wine
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Tear lettuce and set aside. Mix mustard and wine until creamy. Add all seasons and pepper. Dip chunks and saute chicken (on high) in oil. Add chicken and mustard mixture to lettuce. Toss, add cheese, dressing and croutons. Enjoy!
