HOT POTATO SALAD 
10 med. potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 chopped onion
4 slices bread, toasted and cubed
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Sm. amount of sharp cheese, cubed
1 jar pimentos
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. milk
1 c. butter
Salt and pepper
Crushed corn flakes on top

Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 10.
