BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots, sliced
6 quartered potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 (303) can tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice or 2 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients, cover and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours.
