CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
Chili powder (amount depends on how hot you want it)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. stewed tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce
2 c. kidney beans in liquid
Baked potatoes
Grated Cheddar cheese

In large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and celery; drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Simmer covered 45 minutes until flavors are blended. Stir in beans, simmer another hour before serving. Put large amount of chili on baked potato and top with cheese. Meal in one.
