MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1 lb. macaroni 6 tbsp. butter 6 tbsp. flour 3 c. milk 1 tsp. salt and pepper 3 c. Velveeta cheese Cook macaroni until done. Drain. Melt butter, blend in flour; add milk, cook and stir until thick. Add salt and pepper, cut up cheese and stir cheese until melted in milk mixture. Mix sauce with macaroni; sprinkle bread crumbs on top; bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. "I cut up one pound of hot dogs and ham and put into mixture, but you don't have to." |
