MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) stick extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 (1/2 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 tbsp. butter
6 slices bread cubed

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Melt butter in heavy 2 quart pan over medium heat. Stir in flour, gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted.

Pour in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add macaroni. Melt butter in pan. Add bread cubes and coat with butter. Spread on top of macaroni. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
