FRUIT PIZZA 
1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. regular sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice mix fruit (fresh)
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut cookie dough into thin cookies and place in pizza pan.

Bake according to cookie dough directions.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, regular sugar and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Spread on cooked crust. Place mixed fruit close together on filling.

Combine sugar, orange juice, pineapple juice and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Let cool and pour over fruit. Cover and refrigerate.
