8 oz. Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. powdered ginger
1/2 c. white wine
2 crushed garlic cloves
4 tbsp. sugar

Wash and skin chicken. Use Kikkoman brand only for best taste. Marinate all day or overnight. Cook on grill.
