MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. mandarin oranges with juice

Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and mandarin oranges with juice. Beat for 2 minutes. Grease and flour 9"x11" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done; cool. Make topping.

TOPPING: Mix 1 small box instant vanilla pudding with 1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple including juice and 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip. Spread topping on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
