1 can refried beans (Old El Paso)
2 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 can chunky salsa (any kind)
1 sm. bag cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 sour cream (only if not using onion)

Take the refried beans and spread in a cake pan. After you cook the ground beef and onion, spread over the top of beans. Then take your salsa (make sure it is thick and chunky or it will be watery) and pour over the ground beef. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put it in the oven until cheese melts. You can also make this dip with sour cream, you would spread the sour cream after the beans and follow all steps except you would not use the oven.
