PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 pkg. linguine
1 pkg. frozen spinach
Head of broccoli
1 med. zucchini
5 cloves garlic
1/3 can crushed tomatoes
Basil, fresh is best but can use dried
1/4 c. olive oil
Mushrooms
Any other favorite vegetables, e.g. green beans, carrots, etc.
Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan, grated

Boil pasta according to directions. Crush garlic into olive oil in a large pan. Toss in broccoli and sliced zucchini. Cover and steam 5 minutes (you may have to add a little water). Put the spinach into the microwave and defrost. Add to the broccoli and zucchini after breaking it into about 6 clumps. Add all other ingredients and steam for a further 3 minutes. Do not mix up. Keep in separate columns. Slide over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese. It is nutritious and children love it!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
