PASTA PRIMAVERA 
4 tbsp. butter
2 lg. cloves garlic
1/2 c. broccoli flowerettes
2 green peppers, chopped
Sm. onion, sliced
2 med. zucchini, sliced
2 med. yellow squash, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fettuccine, linguine or spaghetti

In a large frying pan, heat butter and garlic. Carefully add broccoli, green pepper, onion, zucchini and yellow squash. Quickly stir-fry, about 5 minutes, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add mushrooms and herbs; stir-fry for a few more seconds. Add hot vegetables and Parmesan cheese to hot pasta; toss and serve. Serves 4.
