BANANA BREAD 
1/3 c. butter at room temperature
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3 tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3 over-ripe bananas, mashed
OPTIONAL: 1 c. nuts or sunflower seeds

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and sour milk. Mix thoroughly. Add the dry ingredients and stir. Add bananas, and nuts if desired, then mix thoroughly. Pour into greased loaf pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or, pour into 3 greased mini-loaf pans. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. You can freeze this bread when cooked!

Add lemon juice to fresh milk until it curdles if you don't have any sour milk!
