BARLEY SOUP | |
Diced ham (as much as you want) Ham broth (as much as you have) Water (enough to make rest of soup) Carrots diced (as much as you want) 1 lg. onion, chopped Potatoes, diced (as much as you want) 1/2 c. barley or as needed (barley will expand like rice so not too much) Mix all ingredients together, bring to boil. Simmer until everything is tender. Add barley, let cook until barley expands. If you put too much barley in and it is too thick, add more water. |
