CREAMY COCOA FROSTING | |
1 lb. confectioners' sugar (about 4 c.) 1/4 c. cocoa 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1/3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla Sift 1 lb. confectioners' sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/8 teaspoon salt. Set aside. Cream 1/2 cup butter. Add sugar mixture, alternately with about 1/3 cup milk; beat until smooth. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla; blend well. |
