1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. orange honey
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Beat butter until creamy and light. Add honey and orange extract and beat until fluffy. Taste at this point. If you like it sweeter, add a little more honey. Refrigerate. Remove from refrigerator about 45 minutes before you serve it.
