TANGY CHICKEN OF THE ISLANDS 
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
Dash pepper
1 fryer, 2/3 lbs., cut up

Put vinegar and soy sauce and garlic in pan. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. Heat to boiling, cover and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
