CHOCOLATE DELIGHT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
Lg. container Cool Whip
1 pkg. lg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 pkg. lg. vanilla instant pudding mix

CRUST: Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted) and 1 1/2 cups pecans and press in bottom of 13 x 9 inch glass dish. Cook 20 minutes at 275 degrees. Allow to cool.

1ST LAYER: Mix together 8 ounces cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add 1/2 of large container Cool Whip. Mix well and spread on crust.

2ND LAYER: Mix 1 large package of chocolate pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk. Spread on top of first layer.

3RD LAYER: Mix 1 large package vanilla pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk. Spread on top of second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Grate Hershey bar and sprinkle on top.
