SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushrooms
1 can tomato paste
16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (Ragu)
Spaghetti, cooked
1-2 celery stalks, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water

Brown ground beef and drain liquid. Add tomato paste and spaghetti sauce. While bringing to boil, add remaining ingredients. Boil lightly then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 1 hour. Can be served same day but even better the second day. Serve over spaghetti. Serve with garlic bread. Servings: 8-10. Option - spoon on hamburger buns and broil until bun browns.
