CHICKEN PIE 
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. cubed cooked potatoes
1/2 c. cooked carrots
1/2 c. cooked peas
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced onion
Dash poultry seasoning
1 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. milk

Layer chicken and vegetables in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Blend soup, milk, onion and poultry seasoning; pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine Bisquick and milk; roll 1/2 inch thick and cut into 6-7 biscuits. Remove casserole from oven. Place biscuits on top. Continue baking 15 minutes. Serves 4.
