TUNA MOUSSE 
1 (7 oz.) can solid white tuna
1 can tomato soup
1 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Mix tuna, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

Pour soup into medium saucepan. Add cream cheese and mix until creamy over a low heat. Stir constantly. Add soup to tuna and mix. Pour into serving bowl or Jello mold and refrigerate. Serve on crackers, party rye, or as a side dish with a salad.
