BLUEBERRY ORANGE NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. walnuts
1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
2/3 c. orange juice
1 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen, canned drained)

Grease and flour 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs, milk, orange juice, and grated orange peel. Stir until blended.

Fold in blueberries and walnuts. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 1 hour or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool. Wrap in aluminum foil and store overnight in refrigerator before slicing.
