BIBLE STUDY PECAN COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 egg white
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add cinnamon and flour and mix well. Press mixture into a 9x13 greased pan.

Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water until frothy; spread over cookie mixture, then sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut while warm.
