KRAUT RELISH 
1/2 c. vinegar
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 c. sugar (16 pkgs. - I use 12)
2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed with cold water, drain
4 oz. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
4 oz. pimentos, diced
1 med. green pepper, chopped

Heat vinegar and sweetener to boiling. Pour mixture over mixed vegetables. Put in glass jar and keep in refrigerator overnight. Makes 4 servings. A prize winner from Weight Watchers.
