ARTICHOKE BREAD 
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
3 green onions, chopped fine
4 unbeaten eggs
6 single soda crackers, crushed
Dash of Tabasco
Salt & Pepper to taste

Drain and finely chop the artichokes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased 9" square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

1 1/2 times this recipe works well for a 9"x13" pan. 1/2 of the recipe works well for an 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pan.
