POTATO SOUP 
potatoes
onions
parsley
nonfat half and half
salt and pepper, to taste
bacon

Put diced chucks of potatoes, chopped onions, fresh parsley, salt and pepper in 3 qt. pan. Add just enough water to cover. Boil until cooked. Do not drain. Add carton of nonfat half and half to this mixture. Break up fried bacon into small pieces and cook briefly before serving. Enjoy!
