1 pkg. Oreo cookies (mint or reg. flavor)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant French vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush the entire package of cookies. Place half of them in a 9 x 13 pan.

Mix cream cheese and butter until creamy. Fold in powdered sugar; add Cool Whip. In a separate bowl, mix both packages pudding, milk and vanilla. Add to cream cheese mixture. Blend until smooth. Pour into cake pan on top of the crushed cookies. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill 2 hours or freeze overnight. Best if frozen. May add green food coloring to filling mixture.
