1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping
New 8" flower pot or plastic sand bucket
Small shovel or spade

Crush cookies in food processor, a few at a time, and set aside. In mixer cream together the butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Set aside.

Using an electric mixer mix together pudding, milk and whipped topping. Add this mixture to cream mixture. Mix well. Layer cookies, pudding, then cookies in flower pot. Top with plastic flower or two. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with a shovel or spade. Kids really love this!
