1 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic (whole and smashed)

Mix ingredients in jar with screw lid. Allow to set for about an hour before using to dissolve sugar and salt. This dressing may also be used as a marinade for tomatoes.
