PEACH CRISP 
Enough sliced peaches to cover bottom of baking dish
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. oats
1 c. flour
1 cube butter
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
1/2 c. brown sugar

Lay peaches in bottom of greased baking dish. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Sprinkle over peaches. Make topping: mix in bowl all ingredients except butter. Melt butter and add to other ingredients. Spread over top of peach mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until topping is browned and peaches are bubbly.
