1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
2 (12 oz.) cans orange juice, mixed as directed
1/2 (16 oz.) bottle 7-Up or Sprite

OPTIONAL: Orange or pineapple sherbet may be added to above; but add this as a last ingredient.
