TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drain (save juice)
2 c. mini-marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 c. diced unpeeled apples
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Mix drained pineapple and marshmallows. Mix pineapple juice, sugar, egg, vinegar and flour. Cook on low heat until thick. Mix pineapple, marshmallows with iced apples, peanuts and custard mixture. Fold in Cool Whip and mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
