BEAN SALAD 
1 can kidney beans
1 can cut green beans
1 can wax beans
1 can hominy
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
3 lg. strips celery
1 pt. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt plus 1/2 tsp. onion salt

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt. Bring to boil stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

Drain and wash all beans. Cut celery, pepper and onions in strips. This makes 3/4 of a gallon. Mix vegetables in a large jar and pour the cold liquid over them and keep refrigerated.
