BLENDER NUT TORTE 
2 tbsp. flour (sifted)
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. hazel nuts or walnuts

Sift flour and baking powder and set aside. Put eggs and sugar into blender and mix until smooth. Add nuts and continue processing until nuts are finely grated. Add flour mixture all at once, blending only until flour is well mixed.

Pour batter into 2 (8 inch) cake pans which have been greased, lined with waxed paper and greased again. Bake 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

This torte is delicious when put together with cocoa whipped cream, or with raspberry jam between the layers.
