BANANA CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. banana pudding or pie filling
2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust
2 bananas, sliced

Pour pudding mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla into top of double boiler. Boil until mixture thickens. Cool. Pour cooled pudding mixture into graham cracker pie crust. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of pie filling.
