HAWAIIAN POUND CAKE 
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. milk
4 c. all purpose flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 can coconut

Mix ingredients in order listed. Bake in large tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown.

GLAZE:

Combine 1 stick butter, juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup powdered sugar. Spread on cake.
