LOW CHOLESTEROL CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift first 5 ingredients into 9x13 inch pan. Make 3 holes in dry mixture. Place vinegar in one hole, oil in second hole, and vanilla in third hole. Pour 2 cups of water over all and mix well with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or ice as desired. Delicious and moist.
