CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Spread into 9 x 13 inch dish or pan. Sprinkle with parsley flakes on top. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in oven at 350 degrees.
