ITALIAN GREEN BEAN SALAD 
2 cans green beans, drained
2 cans garbonzo (chick peas)
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 oz. pepperoni
1 can black olives, drained

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix lightly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Add mayonnaise, vinegar and pepperoni and toss lightly. Garnish with black olives.
