CABBAGE SOUP 
Loin of pork
Head of cabbage
1 pkg. sauerkraut
1 can crushed tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Place loin of pork in large pot. Cook until boiling. Skim top to remove fat from soup. Chop up cabbage as you would for coleslaw. Add and cook 1 hour. Add sauerkraut and tomatoes and cook another 2 hours. Remove meat from pot and brown in oven.
