BLACK CHERRIES JUBILEE 
2 c. canned bing cherries
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. brandy

Drain cherries, reserving juice. Mix together juice, sugar and cornstarch. Stir over low heat until thickened. Warm brandy. Pour over cherries and ignite. Spoon over vanilla ice cream.
