1 c. sugar
3 or 4 (16 oz.) cans pineapple (any kind), drained (or you can use peaches, drained)
I always double the following ingredients because we like more dough. 1 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 egg Cool Whip
Butter a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cup sugar on bottom. Pour fruit to cover. If pineapple is used you may sprinkle cinnamon over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. With fork, mix together butter, flour, 1 cup sugar and eggs. Spoon on top. Bake for at least another 30 minutes until dough looks done. Serve with Cool Whip.
