CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
6 stewing hens
9 #3 cans cream of chicken soup
10 lb. egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste

1. Cook stewing hens and clean meat off bones.

2. Add chicken soup and bring broth to a boil.

3. Thicken broth and with flour and water mixture.

4. Cook 15 minutes.

5. Add salt and pepper.

6. Add noodles and chicken.

7. Heat and serve. Serves 200.
