FAST INDIAN CHICKEN 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. vegetable oil
4 c. skinned, cooked & diced chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. curry powder
2 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. raisins, optional
4 c. cooked brown rice

Cook the onion, pepper and garlic powder in the oil until the onion is tender (about 3 minutes). Add the remaining ingredients, except rice and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 8.
