AFTERNOON TEA CAKES 
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. shortening, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. milk

Mix. Bake in paper baking cups or freeze and roll out and cut in small cakes and bake on a cookie sheet.
