DOUBLE CRISP CHICKEN 
7 c. Kellogg's Corn Flakes, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
1 egg
1 c. flour
3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter

Beat milk and eggs slightly. Add flour, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into butter and then coat with cereal. Place chicken in layers in a greased or sprayed pan. Drizzle melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Do not cover or turn chicken. Serves 6.
