CORNBREAD 
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. white water, ground cornmeal
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Generously grease 9" square pan with oil. Heat in hot oven while mixing batter. Beat eggs, buttermilk and soda. Add cornmeal; beat well. Add salt. Pour into hot pan, bake 20 to 25 minutes.
