PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1/3 c. boiling water
2/3 c. cool water
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar

Simmer sauce ingredients for about 15 minutes.

Place butter in bowl and pour boiling water over it. Pour in cool water and add yeast. Let stand 5 minutes.

Mix together flour, salt and sugar. Add to yeast mixture. Stir until dough leaves sides of bowl. Shape dough into ball and place in greased bowl. Turn over so that greased side is up. Let rise 30 minutes.

Shake cornmeal on greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Roll dough out on pan. Pour on sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and ingredients of your choice (pepperoni, sausage, ground meat, mushrooms, olives, peppers, etc.), then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until crust is slightly browned and cheese is melted.
